（一）涂層質量不符合要求

鋼結構(工程結構)工程涂刷防腐油漆后，未起到防腐保護作用，產生反銹、流墜、皺拆和裂紋等。 （二）施涂防腐油漆的程序(procedure)不符合要求

1.1施涂底漆、面漆的遍數和厚度不符合規(guī)定

目前鋼結構(工程結構)公司(包括制作、安裝公司)對鋼結構防腐涂面漆的施涂程序(procedure)尚未統(tǒng)一，有的制作單位將底漆、面漆在發(fā)運前，均全部施涂完畢，由于吊裝、運輸過程將大部分面漆損壞，在安裝現場還得重新修補面漆、造成面漆接茬的質量、色調與漆不同，浪費工時和漆料;有的制作單位將底漆施涂完成發(fā)運安裝現場，但安裝單位將面漆在構件全部固定安裝后在高空施涂，導致面漆的施涂質量較差，不但不起防腐作用，也不安全，并浪費了大量工時，材料和增加了工程費用。
