噴涂(拋光)、除銹后，可延長濟(jì)南鍍鋅鋼管外表面的物理吸附效果，提高防腐涂層與管道外表面的機(jī)械結(jié)合效果。因此，噴霧除銹是一種理想的除銹方式。噴丸處理一般主要用于管道內(nèi)部和外部處理，噴丸處理主要用于管道表面處理。

首先，用鋼絲刷對濟(jì)南鍍鋅鋼管表面進(jìn)行拋光，去除疏松或拉長的氧化皮、鐵銹、焊渣等。手動(dòng)工具的除銹能力可達(dá)SA2級，電動(dòng)工具的除銹能力可達(dá)SA3級。如果鋼表面附著強(qiáng)氧化鐵垢，除銹效果不理想，無法獲得耐腐蝕結(jié)構(gòu)所需的錨固深度。
