雨水口、空調(diào)管線、天溝、墻體、風(fēng)機(jī)根部等重 點(diǎn)滲水部位,要鋪貼一層附加層,寬度為300mm;或根據(jù)實(shí)際需要,對(duì)重 點(diǎn)易滲水部位加貼附加層,檐口部位要進(jìn)行包檐處理。重 點(diǎn)滲水部位的處理方法說(shuō)明如下:

1、釘孔處

釘孔容易生銹,要用密封膠預(yù)先處理。

2、墻面與墻體交接部位

需在墻體上開(kāi)鑿5cmx10cm見(jiàn)方的槽,槽底部壓光,防水層粘貼在上面后,用抗裂砂漿填實(shí);或者直接在墻體上用金屬壓條固定防水層,然后用密封材料對(duì)卷材收口部位進(jìn)行密封處理。

此處是鋼結(jié)構(gòu)屋面比較容易滲水的部位之一，需在防水層的上方加焊金屬擋水條或金屬防水板，緩解來(lái)自鋼柱上方的沖力；上方卷材部位要用纏繞法施工，使卷材不易脫落；擋水板上方用密封材料進(jìn)行密封處理。

4、屋面天溝部位

金屬屋面天溝滲水情況比較普遍，主要原因?yàn)樵O(shè)計(jì)流水量不足。在突遇特大暴雨時(shí)，雨水量急劇增加卻又無(wú)法排出，當(dāng)雨水量積存高度超過(guò)房檐下方墻體高度時(shí)，雨水就會(huì)從房檐下方內(nèi)溢。

When encountering a severe rainstorm, the amount of rainwater increases sharply but cannot be discharged. When the accumulated height of rainwater exceeds the height of the wall below the eaves, the rainwater will overflow from below the eaves.

解決這一難題的方法，主要有增加排水口和對(duì)天溝做防水處理兩種方法。此處只對(duì)天溝防水處理法作一說(shuō)明一步，沿天溝邊沿處切除伸入天溝內(nèi)的屋面板，然后用50cm寬的白鐵皮對(duì)折，再壓成一定角度，角度大約等于屋面板與天溝形成的夾角，把鐵皮的一側(cè)插入屋面板的下方，另一側(cè)用鉚釘固定在天溝壁上
