新成立以來，我國鋼材產(chǎn)量長期偏低，必須限制鋼材的使用，近年來，雖然建設(shè)部開始重視建筑樓承板，但傳統(tǒng)的實力是不容易改變的，在建筑技能的培養(yǎng)方面，教育制度設(shè)施和建筑規(guī)則已經(jīng)落后，現(xiàn)行的建筑設(shè)計、施工技術(shù)和管理知識結(jié)構(gòu)已經(jīng)不能適應(yīng)建筑工地的發(fā)展。

1、鋼構(gòu)建筑需求很多專業(yè)配套材料的供應(yīng)，如強面板，螺栓等等。這些在我國雖然已有生產(chǎn)，但其產(chǎn)業(yè)仍不成熟，在某種程度上，制約了樓承板建筑的發(fā)展。
