那么C型鋼是怎么打孔的呢？一般C型鋼都是由C型鋼成型機自動加工成型的。C型鋼成型機根據(jù)給定的C型鋼尺寸就可以自動完成C型鋼的成型工藝。放料①——矯平②——成型③——定型④——矯直⑤——測長⑥——沖拉筋圓孔⑦——沖橢圓連接孔⑧——成型切斷⑨從它的流程中我們可以看到，7、8環(huán)節(jié)是打孔的，而且還是機器自動完成的。也就是說，C型鋼機是自動沖孔，自動切斷的。如果是先前的設(shè)備，則是在沖床裝上沖孔模具，就可打圓孔和長圓孔。
