　　●廢舊泡沫主要回收利用形式有：機(jī)械回收利用、化學(xué)回收利用、制造多功能樹(shù)脂膠等，但當(dāng)下已機(jī)械回收利用最為成熟，因此主要以機(jī)械回收為主進(jìn)行講解?！?機(jī)械回收模式可分為廢舊泡沫造坨和廢舊泡沫造粒。廢舊造坨就把廢舊泡沫粉碎之后，經(jīng)過(guò)泡沫造塊出坨機(jī)加熱使之成為一坨，可直接出售。舊泡沫造粒是先將邊角料粉碎，再用泡沫造粒機(jī)將泡沫碎粒強(qiáng)制加到擠出機(jī)螺筒中經(jīng)加熱熔融擠出、拉條、冷卻、切粒成再生顆粒料，然后再生利用。
